  * Loose measurement: Allow room for 1-2 fingers to fit underneath so it’s not too tight. We recommend that it’s the same length as your pet’s collar or a little longer.
  * The outer finish of the necklace, faux pearls and initial tags cannot be guaranteed against wear and tear.
  * Double layered elastic cord has a slight stretch. It is durable but it can break when pulled too hard.
